DevRelic LLC (“DevRelic”, “RUSH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use:

  • Our websites rushapp.ai, ruspapp.ai and their subdomains (the “Website”), and

  • Our mobile and web applications branded RUSH (the “App”),

collectively, the “Service”.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1) Definitions

  • Cookie: A small text file stored by your browser to recognize your device, provide analytics, remember preferences, or keep you signed in.

  • Company: DevRelic LLC, responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy.

  • Device: Any internet-connected device (phone, tablet, computer) used to access the Service.

  • IP Address: A number assigned to your Device that may indicate a general location.

  • Personal Data / Personal Information: Any information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.

  • Service: The RUSH App and Website, and any related services, content, and features.

  • Third-Party Service: External vendors we integrate for hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, etc.

  • You / User / Customer: Any person or entity using the Service.

2) Information We Collect

a) Information you provide
  • Account & Profile: name (optional), email, password (hashed), avatar (optional).

  • Support: email contents, attachments, and metadata when you contact support@devrelic.com.

  • Payments: limited billing info via our payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

  • Content: prompts, messages, uploads (e.g., text, images, PDFs) you submit to use AI features.

b) Information collected automatically
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/OS/browser type, language, app version, referring URLs, pages/screens viewed, clicks, timestamps, crash/diagnostic logs.

  • In-App Events: subscription status, purchase confirmations, trial activations, feature interactions (aggregate).

  • Cookies / Local Storage: sign-in session, preferences, security tokens, rate-limit flags.

c) Identifiers (mobile)

Where allowed by your OS/privacy settings, we may receive:

  • IDFA/GAID (advertising identifiers), Vendor ID, and basic device signals for analytics/attribution. You can reset/limit these in your device settings.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 (see §14).

3) How We Use Personal Data

Provide and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users; deliver AI chat, image generation, file processing; maintain and optimize performance; prevent abuse and spam; fix bugs.

Communicate with you
  • Account, transactional, and service notices (e.g., subscription, renewal, changes to terms); respond to support requests.

Payments & subscriptions
  • Process payments, manage trials/renewals, detect fraud, reconcile invoices (via Stripe / App Store / Google Play).

Analytics, research, and security
  • Measure engagement and feature usage (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics/Firebase), improve UX, monitor uptime, secure our infrastructure.

Marketing (limited)
  • With consent where required, send product updates, tips, and offers. You can opt out at any time (unsubscribe link or support@devrelic.com).

We do not use AI outputs as ads content profiling of individuals, and we do not train third-party foundation models with your personal content.

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA/UK, we process Personal Data under:

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide the Service you request.

  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, product analytics, improving features (balanced against your rights).

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where required for marketing cookies, advertising IDs, or similar.

  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, regulatory requests.

5) Sharing & Disclosures

We share Personal Data only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Service Providers / Subprocessors: hosting/CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), analytics (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics/Firebase), payments (Stripe), error/crash reporting, email delivery, customer support tools.

  • Mobile Platforms: Apple App Store, Google Play for purchases, subscriptions, and compliance.

  • Business Partners / Integrations: where you opt-in to connect or use a feature that requires a partner SDK/API.

  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud/abuse.

  • Corporate Transactions: merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (your data remains protected and subject to this Policy or equivalent protections).

We do not sell your Personal Information. If we engage in “share”/“targeted advertising” under CPRA, we will offer opt-out controls.

6) Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies (session/security), functional cookies (preferences), and—where required with consent—analytics/measurement cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser and OS settings; disabling some cookies may break certain features.

7) Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may delete your account in the App/Website settings or by contacting support@devrelic.com. After deletion, we permanently remove account identifiers and chat history from active systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transactional/payment records).

8) International Transfers

We operate primarily in the United States and may process data in other countries where our providers operate. When transferring Personal Data from the EEA/UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and implement appropriate safeguards.

9) Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit/at rest where applicable, least-privilege, monitoring, backups). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; residual risk remains.

10) Your Rights

EEA/UK (GDPR)
  • Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, Objection, and Withdraw Consent (where applicable).
    Request via support@devrelic.com; we may need to verify your identity.

US – California (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Right to Know/Access, Correct, Delete, Opt-Out of Sharing/Targeted Advertising (if applicable), Non-Discrimination.
    Submit requests at support@devrelic.com. We will verify your request consistent with the law.

11) Microsoft Clarity & Other Analytics

We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand user interactions (e.g., clicks, scrolls, pages/screens). We configure Clarity to avoid collecting sensitive content and use it only for product analytics and UX improvements—not for creating advertising profiles. See Microsoft’s privacy documentation for details. You can contact us to exercise access/erasure rights related to analytics identifiers.

12) Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13) AI Outputs & Your Content

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for reliance. You are responsible for the lawfulness of inputs you provide (e.g., no confidential, sensitive, or copyrighted material without rights). Do not use outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

14) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact support@devrelic.com and we will promptly delete it.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app notice or email). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
