Thank you for purchasing our products and services on the website rushapp.ai (“Product”) developed and operated by DevRelic LLC (“DevRelic” or “Company”), a U.S. corporation headquartered at 30 N Gould St #46747, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which users may request a refund for purchases made directly through our website or within the RUSH mobile and web applications. These terms are in addition to any mandatory refund rights granted by applicable laws.

I. SUBSCRIPTION

rushapp.ai (“Website”) and the RUSH mobile app are provided by DevRelic LLC. Once you start using the app or website, you will have access to its free basic features. Access to advanced and unlimited AI capabilities requires a paid subscription.
A full list of RUSH’s features and pricing is provided within the application and on the Website. Subscription prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary based on your country and applicable local taxes.
Your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends. Please refer to Section IV (Cancellation) for instructions on how to manage or cancel your subscription.

II. FREE TIER

RUSH offers a Free Tier with limited daily usage or message credits so you can experience the app before upgrading.
To continue using all premium features, you may choose one of the paid subscription options available within the app or on the website.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for subscriptions can be made via credit/debit card, processed securely through Stripe on our website, or through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account for in-app purchases.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

IV. CANCELLATION

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will continue to have access to premium features for the remainder of your current billing period.
Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  • If purchased via the Website: You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible through the confirmation email sent after your purchase.

  • If purchased via App Store or Google Play: Manage your subscription directly in your respective store’s Account Settings.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

V. REFUNDS

In general, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable due to the immediate availability of digital content and AI-based services, except as required by applicable law or stated below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may qualify for a refund only if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. Refund Request Within 2 Days:
    You must submit your refund request within 2 days of your purchase directly through the website or by emailing support@devrelic.com. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.

  2. No Active Usage (Less Than 10 Messages):
    If you have sent fewer than 10 message requests or interactions with AI models, you may qualify for a refund. Any account with 10 or more messages is considered actively used and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

  • After 2 Days: Refunds will not be issued after 2 days from the purchase date.

  • Active Usage: Refunds are not available for actively used accounts (10+ messages).

  • App Store / Google Play Purchases:
    If your purchase was made via Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must comply with their respective store policies.

VI. CHARGEBACKS / DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, DevRelic reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account due to breach of payment obligations. We may dispute chargebacks by providing proof of authorization and service usage to your financial institution.

VII. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate our refund policy or subscription terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the app or via email notification. If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
